At Bhatti Oven Made Memories, we strive to provide high-quality luxury products. However, if you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return a damaged product.
Eligibility for Return: Only products that are damaged upon receipt are eligible for return. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
