What began in 2018 as an idea has grown into a bakery and food business built around freshness, in-house manufacturing and thoughtful experiences—from everyday treats to corporate and festive gifting.
Our journey has been one of learning, adapting and growing, while staying true to what started it all: a passion for good food.
The story behind Oven Bhatti
In 2018, founder Dipin Sachdev set out to build something of his own.
With a background in BMS and two years of experience working with a start-up abroad, Dipin returned with a vision to enter the food business. His initial idea was to start a café, which led him to train at the Institute of Bakery and Pastry.
As the idea evolved, so did the business.
The café became a broader food concept, and eventually the focus moved towards bakery—laying the foundation for what Oven Bhatti is today.

Every space, every milestone and every lesson has helped shape the business we are building today.
Oven Bhatti started its journey in 2018 with a 200 sq ft bakery.
What began as a small space and a simple vision became the foundation for everything we are building today.
As the business expanded, the bakery moved into a 700 sq ft space, creating greater capacity to serve growing demand.
The journey continued with the development of a 5,000 sq ft centralised unit at Khimani, supporting bakery production, corporate gifting and outside supply.
Oven Bhatti is entering its next phase of growth with a 10,000 sq ft factory and a new store in Ambernath, expanding its presence across manufacturing, retail, corporate gifting, modern trade and general trade.
